I have been approached about an ADOS position in Iowa. I am currently in the NC National Guard. Will my family be able to move with me?

You need to check if they will PCS you. I wasn't NCNG guard in the past. I took a ADOS position at Fort Benning with NGB. I was PCSed down there and they moved my family at the time. But it was in the orders that they would do that.

The sustainment training center at camp dodge. I spoke with the 1SGT and was informed it would be a PCS move. I just got picked up for deployment though so I will have to look back into it when I return.

Only if IAARNG approves before-hand PCS status...highly improbable for a temp ADOS position. I mean, they can go but you will pay their way.
