It is simple, when the cabinet get tired of the psychopathic loon or frighted enough, the 25th Amendment procedures are clear enough.

MAJ (Join to see) - not necessarily. Unable is not defined in the amendment, nor in the US Code, so it would be up to the courts to decide what it meant. Merriam-Webster defines "unable" as: not able : incapable: such as
a : unqualified, incompetent
b : impotent, helpless

I could easily see the Court latch on to "incompetent" if the Cabinet and Vice President say that the President is unable to perform the duties of the office.

My Lord folks... It just took about 3 & 1/2 minutes to read everything on this "thread" so far... & to be absolutely Honest... Nothing said so far makes any sense at all...!?
