1. As an infantry officer I led my soldiers and DA civilians by example. I shared what I knew and what I was trained for and learned much from those I led. I did my best to honor the achievements of those I led and absorbed blame when necessary for the good of the unit.
2. By God's grace I intend to selflessly lead my darling wife and adult sons as long as I live.
3. Many unbelievers seek signs. This applies to faith and virtually everything else that is not clearly seen.
