Sir, for the W4 the Soldier needs to have an ABET accredited engineering degree and submit a 4187 along with the supporting Documents (transcripts) to the EN school house.

I just got my W4 and have all the info including who to email at the school house.

PM me your email for more info.

Take a look at AR 611-1, Chapter 4.
d. Reference skill tables.
(1) See table 4-1 for an alphabetical listing of skills.
(2) Table 4-2 lists the criteria for designation of the degree of proficiency for AMEDD officer.
(3) Table 4-3 is a numerical listing of skills that includes the code, title, proponent, description, qualification and restriction. Skill identifiers awarded only by CG, HRC-Alexandria are shown in the restrictions paragraph.
(4) Table 4-4 lists the criteria for designation of the degree of proficiency for Judge Advocate General’s Corps officers.
(5) Table 4-5 lists all officer SI with gender identification, implementation date, rescinded date and personnel/structure utilization data.
Good luck!

Updates to Army Regulations take time. If the Skill Identifier is not yet on the regulation, my recommendation is that you contact your branch manager.

Thanks again, but Branch Managers don't assist National Guard Officers. I've sent a message to the schoolhouse since they were the ones developing the guidelines. I've talked to a few others who have had success that way.

Sir, a the following site http://www.flwsame.com/, look for PMP Certification (others) under Member Information, the link takes you to a briefing about the certification/requirements

The other links:

May or may not answer all your questions but hopefully provide some good background info.
