If I transfer from the Reserves to the IRR, would it be easier to go back active duty?

The only REAL difference that would make would be that it takes your TPU command out of the equation... Other than that, it's the same process.

Not really. You still have to meet the prior service qualifications (AR 601-210 Ch 3.), such as your active TIS and the RCP for your grade. You may also require a grade determination waiver if your current grade was earned in the USAR. If you have a valid physical less than 2 years old, and are in the IRR, you should be able to process with that instead of taking a full MEPS physical. You would just need an med inspect at MEPS. The biggest issue will be vacancies per HRC Business Rules for Prior Service. You can find that at go.army.com, go to the prior service link. Your recruiter will get a DMDC REDD report ran by the recruiting battalion operations to verify your USAR time and IRR. You will not need a DD368 conditional release to enlist active Army if in an Army component IRR.

Roger, I know all the process and all is up to date, also my current rank I earned it when I was stationed in camp arifjan Kuwait when I was active duty. I know the entire process of the conditional release because I have been through it before but it wasn't used, whole different situation. No disrespect intended in my response. If you're trying to go Active, the easiest route is the paperwork your recruiter gave you. Otherwise, you need to finish your MSO.
Yes, I know it's painful to get the release from your unit-- and even if you do secure it, there is a good chance you still won't be able to go Active. Have you put in for AGR?

My MSO was done a very long time ago(2006).
AGR didn't pick me up, I don't know why. There was an error in my contract when I affiliated from active duty into the reserves, the retention NCO messed up and cause of that I ended up being homeless living in my POV
There's a lot I been through, sorry for being kind of rude and straight forward but like I told the SSG I been in for a very long time. I know is a painful process but like I said in previous comments the reserves is requiring a packet before submitting and that's taking over two months to complete. I done what I can, so from my understanding. I'll just request to transfer to the IRR and finish this reserves contract cause you said I probably won't be able to go active even if the reserves does sign off the documents.

Straightforwardness isn't rude, it's appreciated.
AGR doesn't pick up a lot of people, because their MOS isn't needed. If you're desperate for a full time job, if you want to be a Recruiter-- you can volunteer, and get picked up almost immediately, assuming you meet the requirements. It's something I'd never suggest someone do, but if you -need- a job...it is an option. I can dig up the POC if that's something you'd like.
