What are the chances that HRC releases me now for USAREC, given that I have been at station for just 7 months?

Good day fellow Veterans! I submitted a packet for recruiting and was accepted by USAREC. I have been at station for 7 months, I have a buddy going through the same progress and he got a class for July, the way it's going, if I get a class date it will not be until after my 1 year mark. What are the chances that HRC releases me now? What would be a good way to get released by them??

HRC can't move you till you have at least one year on station. They can, but it takes waivers up to CG HRC and you're just not that important. They can waive it down to a year if it's needed, but most of the time branches like to keep you on station two years. How long they'll keep you on station before releasing you is a complicated algorithm these days based on half a dozen factors such as strengths, KD time, TOS, etc, so just stick with 1-2 years.
There is no way to "get" released by them. When you are allowed to be released is outside your control.
Don't judge your class date off someone else's. When you're slotted it's as early as possible and usually between 90-180 days away if you're eligible right now.

Forgive me but I find it hard to imagine someone wanting to get to USAREC in a hurry, I can only remember folks trying to get the hell away as quick as possible.
Be careful what you wish for. ;)

They wont send you recruiting school just to not move you for a whole nother year. At this point your proponent has released you to go, therefor hrc. The only way youre not pscing now is if you flunk out.

So basically my packet was submitted and accepted by HRC. But I will not get a class date until HRC releases me. What are the chances that they do?

A buddy of mine has a class date of July and he got accepted back in November. So by me using that logic, my class would not be until September or October, well after my one year boots on ground at my duty station.
