Are you talking about the TAPAS, personality test?

It's not new, been around for a long while.

It's taking forever to do my packet I gave them most of the documents, so I wouldn't need to get a moral waiver remember and now this that's why I'm in school while I wait for them to complete my packet. Supposedly now they're taking my packet to battalion to get it reviewed.

As a senior guidance counselor I have to make sense of recruiters packets all day long, this was an easy one. LMAO

At one point in my enlistment history I was our National Guard recruiter so few months before I went back to active duty component and my packet doesn't seem too hard I gave them everything and had everything for them dispositions and statements explaining my misdemeanors. And as you know I have all the documents of my waiver from back 2007 Enlistment but it seems like it's a tough packet for them

We actually did just as well when being in the Army was an alternative to jail

Once upon a time we had an Army in the millions. we actually ran out of volunteers so you didn't have to want to be in the Army, they would come to you. To top that employers wouldn't hire anyone who had not satisfied their military obligation. If you were an inner city thug like me, often the choice was Army or Jail. That doesn't mean that I hated the Army, I loved it and there were a lot more like me, who responded to the structured environment. Limiting the Army to their I-IIIA jocks means you are leaving a lot of good soldiers out

No disrespect but your response doesn't have anything to do with my question.
