What are the pros and cons of going AGR and Active Duty for a 92A?

Hi everyone, I'm E4 in army reserve for almost a year. I feel like i hate civilian life and want go full time military but dont know should i go active or AGR, my mos is 92A
Can anyone tell me pros and cons both of them?

I can't claim to have much of an expertise in personnel management, it seems to me that there would not be many, if any, 92A AGR positions near your rank. I imagine that either the full time AGR supply sergeant, and/or motor sergeant would be able to cover down on most of your tasks in a typical reserve or guard unit. If you like your MOS, I would suggest looking more towards active duty.
