The good Admiral speaks in doubletalk and says instead of fixing the issues which require sailors to work longer hours, the sailors will just be made to work longer hours and hope they avoid accidents. Tremendous leadership.

The Commander sounds like an idiot to me. This training is done often: from fire and BECCE drills to UNREPs. It sounds like he will put men and equipment at risk for no reason.
