Looks like a PX compared to tiny ones on amphibs. LKA was a good sized closet.

Big difference between Navy and Marines vs. Army and Air Force is storekeeper position. It is a Navy rating and Marine MOS, but civilians often run Army or Air Force stores on base or at FOBs

LTC Eugene Chu Ship's Store was maintained by Ship's Serviceman (SH) Rate (Ran Retail Stores Laundry and were Our Barbers) Storekeepers Rate was SKs When I Served they were more focused on Logistics. Maintaining Ships Stores (Storage and Transfer of Supplies) both part of a Supply Department on a Ship just Different Divisions. Now? I think the Ship's Servicemen Rate is Now Called Retail Services Specialist and Storekeepers are Now Logistics Specialist.
