Hope this video gets implemented in military SHARP programs<br><br>I'm not expert in SHARP, but this MAY get the attention of some of the younger generation...still gotta get a hold of mid-level to senior leadership, though.

The video does get your attention. It fired me up while reminding me of the dark truths about how the military can handle such situations. Thanks for the link.

Wow there are so many messages here. I didn't even think about whether or not military games are not fun for female characters. I could be wrong but I didn't think commanders could reject a court martial decision. Lastly I don't think any video game manufacture will ever create a game like that. But for educational purposes, this video would seriously destroy anyones hope of reporting.

I really don't understand that one. One thing that was mentioned was that congress has oversight of the military. If they were to somehow screen or come up with a way of approving or denying a commanders decision or removing the ability to make that decision I think that would fix a lot of things. I don't understand how it can happen that if someone was convicted then a commander just overturn a conviction.
