I worked on Active Denial Technology (before it became Active Denial System) back in 1996 at Brooks AFB. We did lab and engineering work there and at Kirtland AFB, where we had the room to do live subject testing. We raised and trained goats. Those brave goats served their nation well. All gave some, some gave all.
