Beretta Defense Technologies recently announced that the Beretta Model M9A3 9mm pistol is now shipping to law enforcement dealers, law enforcement agencies and is now being offered to military customers worldwide. What do you think of that ? I like it !

The M9A3 comes in at almost $1000. While it may come down a little it is still up in the Sig part of the market. While the Beretta is a nice gun, is it Sig nice? Personally I don't see enough benefits over the A1 to spend almost 2ce the money for an A3.

While the added rail is nice, with a choice, I'd prefer to go with a Kimber!

AMEN CSM Michael J. Uhlig, with extended Mag to 9. Makes you use what ammo you have better! Tighter shot group but a hell of a lot more stopping power!

CSM Michael J. Uhlig In all fairness though, that is like comparing a Ford Taurus and a Maserati. Both cars, but two wildly different classes LOL.

I too prefer a Kimber, but I understand why they have added some of the crap to this pistol. The sights and threaded barrel are nice, while the oversize mag-release buttons and rails are, IMO, unneeded.
