PC is more important to the current administration than saving face and lives. PC this and that, is so much BS, that it is now costing lives of Americans. Read on. If this doesn't upset you, not much will. Our POTUS has his priorities in the wrong order, and it's making it unsafe for our country's citizens.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The stratospheric levels of unbridled incompetence and militant political correctness that is the hallmark of the Obama administration should terrify each and every American. Even in the aftermath of the Islamic State-inspired attack in San Bernardino, which left 14 dead and 21 wounded, the Obama administration is doubling down of its PC policies, and in the process putting the lives of each and every American at increased risk.

With multiple investigations underway into Islamist terrorists Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik following the San Bernardino attack, reports are revealing that political correctness on the part of the Obama administration has directly contributed to our inability to prevent the deaths of U.S. citizens.

Despite strong protests from senior officials within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Obama administration refused to end a secret policy that prohibited security officials from reviewing the social media posts of foreign citizens attempting to obtain visas for entry into the United States. This was due to the fear of DHS Director Jeh Johnson that the policy might create “bad public relations.”

Bad PR like 14 dead Americans?

"Bad public relations"? For looking at some dude's Facebook?
Every single corporation in America does that very thing during the hiring process.
Whatever.

Very true. Most companies today do a pretty complete web investigation of potential employees as well as current employees. Secrets are largely a thing of the past.

It's as if virtaully every elected and appointed government official, from the federal government on down, has agreed to enact or enforce policies that will contribute to the degradation or destruction of this country and our way of life. The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are not elements of a national suicide pact.
The fact that the Department of Homeland Security and the rest of the Feds aren't doing due diligence in vetting immigrants from the current epicenter of terrorism shows how off kilter the government.

You don't even need a conspiracy (right wing or left wing) to get this result. You institute policies to hire the mediocre, then put them in charge of hiring, and the stupidity, degradation, and destruction magnifies each day until you have the America of today.

LTC Trent Klug, Thank you for that honest statement. PC is the scourge of America right now. I think we still have freedom of speech. I don't care who iT PO's, I'm going to say what I think and the way I say it 'til Hell freezes over. Nobody's going to tell me " that isn't politically correct ". When did all of this start? I believe in the constitution, not politically correctness.
