US Army Garrison, HQs for the various Armed Forces Recruititng units, wounded transition BN, and I believe a Transportation unit. Of course a CID element.

MAJ Rivera's response is 100% on target. The most likely way for a Regular Army Soldier to be stationed in PR would be with USAREC.

SGT (Join to see) Would you add another query? Where is the 65th Infantry Regiment, I met a fellow who was the first replacement into the 65th in 1952 when they were an activated PR Guard Reg't.

CSM Charles Hayden currently the 65th IN Regiment is part of the Puerto Rico NG. After several reorganization’s, I believe only one Battalion (minus) still in service.
