I'm pretty much "old school" but I do have a scanner. I scanned a copy and emailed it to the Rally Point email address I found on this site. All Veterans should have a copy saved on their computers. If you don't have a scanner or all in one printer there are apps that will let you take a picture of a document and convert it to a PDF. Having SSN Redacted is a good idea.

Few places require a fax anymore (not sure if any do?). Most places will prefer for you to email it. If you don't have access to a scanner, use a PDF app on your smartphone, such as Evernote or Jotnot. It will take a picture of your document and nicely convert it into a clean PDF document that you can email.

You could scan the document into a digital file and e mail it. You could go to your services personnel command website and download a digitized file and e mail it, or you could go to most office supply businesses who typically have a fax service.. They can fax it for you. Hope this helps.

Apologies, I didn't understand that's what you were asking... I know you can e-mail it to [login to see] .
