Can Military Non-resident courses completed count towards filling actual college requirements, depending on the course/class? (ex:Math, English etc.,)?

JST and VMET will show ACE recommendations. It's possible.

VMET is only updated quarterly. The ACE site may have a database you can check.

In general they will not. What you can do though is use the course to prep for a Clep exam.

Do you mean the NRTC's like the rate courses and exam bib's? If so, as many as I've done they count for nothing but eval fluffing and exam studying. They count for reserve retirement points, but only if you're in the reserves. Any done while active don't count.
