Eye pro comes in a lot of ways I've found a company I like actually through Facebook there sunglasses have a tactical version that meets all specs for military use for the army as the frames are black and everything and the symbol of the company is subdued as well only thing I don't think the lenses can be removed but the brand uses 755 billet steel for the construction of the frames and all lenses are ballistics grade and the frames are riveted at the bend points instead of screwed or plastic the brand is GATORZ check them and what do you all think

Depends on the use. You'll look for the best impact protection and strength that's soldier proof. The best I had were the specialized double gradient B&Ls that started out life as an Aviator G-15 and then had extra rim pads to prevent the metal from touching the face. The G-15 lens (polarized letting 15% light pass) were then dipped in a silver plate that was thicker on the top and bottom and thin in the middle. That's what it took to be able to work outside in Antarctica without going light blind. Still have two pair but the prescription is long gone.

I wear DVX sunglasses. They are made by Wiley X but cater to civilians and look like regular sunglasses. Even though they meet all the military specs and are Z81 tested I don't wear them for any training. I stick with the ESS Crossbows. I think they are pretty solid.

I like the idea of the Billet aluminum, but I don't think I'd like the overall glasses. Generally, arms as thick as what I see on the GATORZ tend are a bit obstructive to the peripheral vision, so I tend not to like them.
