Where can entrepreneurs on RallyPoint best network?

I'm thinking a RallyPoint classified of sorts where we can lock shoulders/form relationships/partnerships with other military (RallyPoint) entrepreneurs for assistance, advice, and practical networking - not just social media relationships but to find people and mil businesses that can share weblinks, advertise w/ea other etc...

I say this as I am recently involved w/a start-up (Interchange Conduit, LLC - software development, Silicon Valley - we have products on iTUnes app store) with little operating capital for our digital products. We can bring products to market cheaply and quickly, yet do not have a means to get our product in front of customers. We simply need practical outreach methods, and it seems the best way to do this is through reciprocal weblinking, reciprocal FaceBook links mentions, contacts providing warm-introductions to others industry folk, blog/podcast mentions & reviews, etc.

We do, we have 2 apps out, one military themed, quite unique and another in the pipeline. Also have a paintball-themed app with a FaceBook, Twitter, email aggregator (for bi-weekly free tips/advice mailer) and QR code etc. We have a hard time getting the word out that these apps exist.
