Nicotine is not dangerous when inhaled without the chemicals of the tobacco. There is also the ability to lower your nicotine amounts so if your like me I have no nicotine in my e-cigs its simply the motion I'm more addicted to and the flavor is good. Quitting cold turkey is the best way to do anything but some others need help and this is an awesome program for that. As with anything else though, please do your own research and come to your own conclusions.

I started out by not smoking in my house and not in my car. Then not smoking at friends houses (outside of course). Then slowly over time only when I was at work. This got me down to four cigarettes a day and none on days off. Then I went to only during work, but only one in the morning and one in the afternoon until eventually it was just one a day. Then I just stopped. I have one of the cigarettes from my last pack in a Russia Cigarette case. My deal was if I started smoking again, it had to start with that cigarette which is now 11 years old!
