DENTAL AT MY VA LEFT 5 PIECES OF TOOTH THAT I TOOK OUT WITH MY FINGERS AND A LARGE PIECE WHICH I WEDGED OUT WITH A BUTTER KNIFE AND THE IMPLANT THAT THEY PUT IN ANOTHER TOOTH BROKE OFF AND THE PIN FELL OUT AND I WILL NOT GO TO DENTAL AGAIN UNLESS IAM IN PAIN WHICH MY TEETH AND MY GUMS ARE FINE EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM.
