Is there a word missing from our language, one that would make life easier for you?

I wish there was a word for that silly dance we do when our path is blocked by someone approaching from the opposite direction and we keep turning or side-stepping in unison only to remain in opposition. See? We need a word for that. It's something we've all done and can't describe. We need a word. What do you need a word to describe?

Going to take the opposite tack here and propose a word I wish didn't exist and that word is 'free'. Unless you're referring to the Grace of God, it doesn't exist and is the source of a LOT of problems.
