How do you feel about cross Unit Training?

I love cross Unit Training, and Cross Unit Training Event. I think it build way more confidence in the Soldier and Leaders abilities. Also its a great way to show the other unit its capabilities and then they can incorporate them into training events that would be more substantial and beneficial to both sides.

I absolutely love cross unit training. This will become even more important when it comes to the combined arms fight. There have been huge successes in the special operations and Joint Special Operations Task forces in Afghanistan and Iraq.
