As MAJ Weiss suggested the RP installation pages are always a great place to start as you can locate potential units or personnel that can help and give guidance for the upcoming move.

Have you checked out the RallyPoint Fort Stewart page?
There are over a 1000 soldiers listed on there, and even 50+ who are moving there in the future. I imagine connecting with other 11Bs could be a great source of information. You can filter down for them by using the Advanced Search (in top right of every page) and selecting Fort Stewart and 11B. You can even filter down by unit.
