I'm surprised I haven't seen a post on this, but is anyone excited for the World Cup? Play has started and there have been a few upsets already. I'm not a soccer fan, but like the Olympics, I enjoy watching every 4 years. I was underway in 2010 and only got to listen to the BBC broadcasts so I'm excited, how about you RP? Got any favorites to win?

I have watched the first few games, waiting on the US game Monday I believe...not a true soccer fanatic, but usually watch the World Cup...Brazil is always strong and being at home, have to give them the edge this Cup.

I think home field will definitely help Brazil, but I think Netherlands has to be considered a favorite after that dismantling of Spain.

True, I couldn't believe the way they just put the smack down on them in the second half, they only gave up 2 goals the entire way in 2010, it was amazing to watch.
