Has Anyone Had Experience With Orion Military Recruiting?

Someone had referred them to me as a great civilian recruitment company. I am curious to know if anyone here has been approached by them or has worked with them in the past. What was your impression?

About a year after retiring from the Navy, Orion helped me get a good job in the semiconductor industry. My career has taken off since then. They were very professional, on top of things and very interested in my whole hiring process, giving me interview tips/instructions and following up with me after the interview. I'd definitely recommend them.
