yup...and not ashamed either. One thing I learned from the Army is to have a pen and pad in formation...always!

Write it down at the time it comes up, do not wait to write it down else it be forgotten. I carry a notebook(old fashioned); wife carries a smartphone.

Oh yes....I was an Outlook junkie...used it for everything...tasks, dates, notes, appointments...other times it was stubby pencil and notebooks...

Most of the time I don't remember what happened 5 minutes ago...but I might remember 10 minutes later... Microsoft OneNote and Outlook/Exchange in the cloud on several devices help with that tremendously. Pen and paper work too...but I usually forget to bring them.
