Has anyone had the chance to read this book?

Leo is an old Ranger buddy of mine, so I told him I wasn't going to pay for it, he had to send me a signed copy.
But I'm interested to hear what the RallyPoint Community thought of it while I wait for my copy in the mail.

I have not read it yet, but thanks for sharing the link.  I have added it to my list.  Once I read it, I will definitely provide you my feedback.

I have not read that book. Sounds great. Another great book to read about a Marine unit in Helmand Afghanistan is A Battle Won by Handshakes: The Story of Alpha Co 1/5. Good read, and a lot of great stories. Here is a small op-ed about the book:

Thanks for the tip.  I finished it the other day.  Very powerful and intriguing book.  I have read "memoirs" and such from different points of view before, but this is the first time I have read from the perspective of the medic on the ground.  Again, great book and thanks for sharing.
