If you could streamline one administrative process what would it be?

Awards and recognition. The process needs to be more streamlined, and of course it depends on the command. I do not agree with award quotas, or limiting awards by rank. If a E4 deserves a Commendation Medal then they should get a Commendation Medal.

For me it would be online training. I get BLARING WARNINGS every quarter about annual training. I keep my online training certificates ready for a quick draw so that I can whip them out every time higher asks me to prove that I don't need to repeat the ANNUAL training every QUARTER.

Chapters! Took me a full year to get a Soldier chaptered out. AND - I had a binder of documentation to support the end result...chapter. Ridiculous.
