How can I get an accurate status on payment of my re-enlistment bonus?

Can a current Career Counselor please help me out? I reenlisted 3 weeks ago and recevived a bonus. I know it take up to 30 days to get payment but i was told by my retention NCO that it was at finance a week ago i don’t believe that was true, I havent been able to get a clear factual status of my bonus payment from my rentention NCO. Can a Career Counselor please help me get a status of my bonus?

Your Career Counselor was correct. Talk with your Finance Office. As long as the bonus was in your contract, and your contract was processed and iPermed properly, then Finance has done or will do their part. On top of speaking with Finance, keep an eye on your LES in MyPay.
