After we moved out of Panama, and the use of that uniform declined to almost nothing, I think that it is going to be difficult to find one in good condition at a reasonable cost. Actually, I am a little bit surprised to see you wearing one in your photo.

Yep, latest PAM 670-1 has dropped it. Used market is going to be the only hope there.

Think that is only Mess Dress because of the tie. Kinda like it was OK to wear your greens to a formal affair of you wore a bowtie to it. (from the early 90s perspective).
