Anyone know how I can access a standard form 86 from 18 years ago?

Recruiter says he needs for help with a suitability waiver. Trying to join the NG and got into some trouble back in high school. I have RE1A code, but he says he needs it to make sure I disclosed the charges when I joined the Corps, which obviously I did.

Did you check HQMC or St. Louis records? I don't think St. Louis has had a fire recently. https://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/about-ompfs.html
