Do you have your PE license for Industrial/Systems Enginnering?

Im currently stationed at Camp Humphreys. Im trying to take the Professional Engineerin Exam (Industrial/Systems) in Seoul, Korea. The exam is proctored by the Korean Professional Engineer Association (KPEA) through NCEES. Are there any industrial engineers out there who have their PE that could point me in the right direction for study material. There isnt much for the industrial dicipline compared to civil. NcEES doesnt even make a book for my dicipline.

You're right about ready access to prep material. I did take a look at the topical span of the exam. It is very broad based. I'm a CE but also have my MS in Systems. The topics covered come from a variety of disciplines and some from the general engineering category. I'd start by Google "topic" and "study guide". The attached list is pretty comprehensive. It's interesting that this exam is 80 multiple guess questions. I'd presume you'd do some crunching for an answer that matches on some while others are more definitional. Having to answer 10 questions/hour means you want to average around 13 to have time to check your work. It's a very different vs. the solution oriented nature of other disciplines.
I'd presume you'll take some state specific stuff when you get back, i.e. their ethics, regulation, etc. stuff.

Thank you for your quick reply sir. The exam is very broad. Similar to the FE which ive taken but asking higher level questions im sure. The PPI website is the only place ive seen prep material available. Ill do some more in depth googling to see if I can find anything. Im hoping to find someone who's taken the test so they could possibly list what worked for them.
Yes sir, Id take the ethics and state specific requirements back in the states and apply for the license in 3 years once I qualify. I wanted to get a head start, so i can work on my PMP while at the Captains Career Course.
