What type of positions are separating service members looking for (federal, state, county, or local jobs) and why?

I am seeking commercial employment, i do not trust our government to honor my retirement and disability pay tell i die and seek to diversify my income.

I would assume that it depends on the veteran's personal preference. Many will seek employment with various different government agencies, while many more will search for private sector employment. Some may even start their own businesses.
