Anyone know any companies that will hire unlicensed A&P mechanics?

I was a crew chief for 4 years also was engine run certified and avionics qualified the company I work for doesn’t have much room to grow even with a license

I had the same problem when I retired from the Navy. I found that no airline will touch you without it and only very small plane charter companies will consider you. I have found that the only place you can go, and still have growth options, is with the Department of Defense. USAJobs.gov has got jobs all over the world and they do not require an A&P license.
