How do I find the phone number for a Reserve center when the one listed on Google, and all of the additional links on Google, are wrong?

Log onto HRC, Soldier portal, tools, vacancy search.
If they have a vacancy it'll list their contact info.
If not PM me and I'll look it up for you.

The first thing you need to do is to find an official management webpage then you can search for any desired contact number like 0845 numbers as you want. Further, you can get help from this https://wenumber.co.uk/numbers/type-companies-organisations-use-0845-numbers/ page for more research. But I think WeNumber will only work for a rated region but you should have a try.
