How can you translate leadership skills as a NCO to corporate sector?

Almost any type of administrative or managerial types of positions should be easily translated for any NCO of any service as most of the skills related to leadership, training, personnel management, counseling, recruitment, and many more are what a majority of the corporate world is about. That is what confuses me about the lack of positions available to our veterans NCOS and retirees that have a wealth of knowledge and experience that is perfect for the corporate world it is not just the officers that could be an asset, but the NCOs maybe even more at times. As the saying goes the NCOs are the backbone of the Army, we are the go between for the officers and the juniors and we are the glue that keeps it all together and moving forward in the fight and the overall picture.
