I remember looking at a website a few years back about your Army career, promotions, what school would get you those promotions, what schools were required, and a rough time line in each pay grade; does anyone have the link to this by chance?

It's the Army Career Tracker. There's a link through AKO. I don't know if it's the same for officers. Also, most of the information is in the DA PAM 600-25. Again, that's just for enlisted.
