I pray that this is not the case and that our combined efforts between our countries intel and law enforcement services thwart any and all attempts.
The attack in Paris should shore up additional European support against these threats.

Agreed, obviously, sir - about the hope that this won't happen - but it sure does seem like things are ramping up a bit. The Islamic extremists seem to be attractive to a certain population. Unfortunately, part of that population can move about freely in western Europe and the USA, and that, to me, is very scary. As they learned in France this week, it's essentially impossible to follow them all. I think we are lucky - and we should thank our intel and law enforcement agencies with a HUGE thank you - that we have not been hit harder than we have ... yet.
