Message me your email or phone number because I’d like to talk about your situation in more detail. That way we can figure out which avenue of approach is the most effective.

SGT Robert,
Typically these types of actions will not impede your transfer. What this can do is potentially remove your ability to continue to perform in your current MOS depending on what is found and what is decided by the surgeon. If you are for instance assigned a permanent profile and your PULHES changes. You would be better suited to wait for determination in the IRR. Once you have your determination you would then be able to transfer into the Reserve and choose an MOS reclass around your limitations. Your scope of choices for reclass will mainly be limited to your willingness to drive (distance) and your ASVAB scores. Feel free to inbox me for more information and assistance in this matter.

I think it shouldn't for normal run of the mill stuff.
Was it for rape, murder or bank robbery while on duty?
Either way bring it up to your first field grade officer in the COC thru his CSM.

SFC,
Thanks for reply. For clarification, I have and open Line of Duty investigation for an injury sustained during training- nothing criminal.
Thanks again.
