What is an average duty day at DLI like for a 35M?

As in what time is formation and PT? What time does class start/end? How much free time daily is given to study/workout/etc?

From a 35M that spent 2 years and 3 months at DLIFLC learning Arabic,
The daily life for a 35M is just like the daily life for any other IET soldier. Because that is what you are, unless you're lucky enough to have reported to a NG unit before going to DLIFLC. You are still in the phase system, living in the barracks, and following the glorious TRADOC regulations. No alcohol (An exemption for which was canceled 2 years ago), having to eat at the DiFac (Unless you have a specific religion/diet that is restricted, in which case you can talk with the CoC to get BAS for diet-specific food).
Answering your questions specifically instead of a general rant, here we go (Keep in mind, I might be off by an hour, and did not include "15 prior" timings. Somebody else can feel free to correct me):
Formations - Most of the units (As of May 2018) have migrated to Afternoon PT, meaning that they will typically hold an accountability formation on Monday and Friday before and after class, respectively. Class typically starts at 0800, so that typically takes place at 0715 or 0730 (Depending on unit). For units participating in morning PT, PT is their accountability formation and you report to class after showering/eating.
PT - Sort of answered by "Formations", morning PT is held at the normal (For IET) 0500-0600, leaving 0600 until 0800 to shower, eat, get ready for class, have morning formation, etc. You're better off preparing everything the night before, so you can relax in the morning, maybe get some coffee (You'll need it). Afternoon PT is (From memory), 1600-1700. This might vary, of course.
Class Times - Answered previously. For your first 8 weeks (I think, can't quite recall), you'll have to attend "7th Hour", a term you will come to loath with all of your Junior-Enlisted being. Running from 0800-1500, you get 1 hour (1200 - 1300 or 1100-1200, although most classes are nice enough to let you out 15 minutes before). If your grades are good, you get off of 7th hour and get out an hour early. Keep in mind, these might change as there are 2 "Lunch Shifts", depending on what language you're in. 3 hours of class before lunch, vs 4.
Free Time - Depends on you, man (If that is your preferred gender). If you get PT exempt (Which some units do. Depending on PT score, you get to miss/"skip" PT on some days), and get off of 7th hour, you've saved yourself an extra 2 hours a day. Use that for studying, or exploring, or playing games, or learning guitar, or whatever you'd like. That said, depending on your school/language, you'll have anywhere between 1-4 hours of homework a night (Depending on how well you can do it), as well as if you are assigned any extra assignments later in the course such as Essays, Presentations, Culture Days, etc. Some units require bed-check or signing off on a roster or something, I didn't have to so I don't know anything about it.
That's the rough outline of what I can remember. Only been out in the Big Army (tm) since May, so still a little fresh. Let me know if I can do anything else for you!

0445 PT usually. If I remember correctly class starts at 0730, ends around 1500. After class is out, your pretty much free until 2100 bedcheck.

However, as a caveat, I am not sure how the introduction of Drill Sergeants is/will affect anything. I was on the tail-end of when they started coming in, and they all seemed pretty cool/chill.
