My vocation counselor is saying that the VA won't pay for two Master degree . She said it is against VA regulations and I can't find it. I am using my G.I Bill to finish my MBA ,but I also want to start my Master Degree for Cyper Security. I don't have enough for two Master degree. I am approved for Vocational Rehabilitation, but when I use my G.I. Bill to get my MBA I won't be able to use Vocational Rehabilitation. Can anyone give me advice on what are my options? Please let me know and thank you.

I did a little research on this when i started my PhD. There's A LOT of "generally" involved but you are only allowed to work on one degree plan at a time (so your MBA). After that, you either have to show "progression" (like a PhD/DBA) or "justification" (relation to work) for the second degree plan (at the same degree level).

All that said, sit down with your Vocational Counselor and tell her what your long-term plan is and see how you two together can "massage" the justification (letter) to accomplish the stated goal.

As an example, I have an AS in admin management, a BS in Lib Arts, an MS in leadership (business related but not MBA), and am working on a PhD/DBA (business degree) so that I can study the interactions of Physical Fitness and Leadership within military environments. The progression was tailored specifically with my endstate in mind.

SSG (Join to see) , I second Aaron's comments above. Unfortunately, each Voc Rehab counselor does things differently. I've seen some vets get everything they ask for and more while others have to beg and plead for much less.
