Are you in the Guard waiting for a bonus payment, or waiting to extend for a bonus?

The Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) has been down since 25 October due to server issues. The current time frame for GIMS to be restored is now the end of January, however, this time frame is just an estimate and may change as we get closer. The State Incentive Offices cannot look up any issues at this moment. Thus, they are unable to give updates pertaining to the status of any payments, terminations, ETPs, etc. As it stands, per NGB (attached memo) they cannot submit manual payments until GIMS is fully restored. The State Incentives Office is still processing incentive requests via manual addendum requests. If you have a SM that is wanting to extend for an incentive please contact your BN/BDE Retention NCO for assistance.
UPDATE:
GIMS came back online last week. Bear in mind that they are now 4.5 months behind on processing those tens of thousands of bonuses that were pending, so do not expect immediate results today.

okay, gentlemen. I feel like my unit has failed me with information. As being said, does my unit have to resubmit my packet from my bonus? I reenlisted back in august 2018. My ETS date started in february 11 2019. I'm a full time student, then around the time when I was supposed to get my bonus. I was laid off, then I was in a vehicle accident. Then I got kicked out of my house that I was living with a roommate. As of right now, I got a new job, new place to stay, but I still don't have a vehicle. I numerously tried to reach out to my unit about this problem but no one seems to care.

I work in the technology field in the private sector and this is inexcusable. To not have valid backups and to not practice a disaster recovery scenario would mean most of those responsible would be fired. This has a major effect on soldier moral for those who have just entered the service.

my wife finished basic training/AIT on December 7th 2018. I do the bills, so thats why I'm writing. We are financially more than broke. every credit card maxed and need this bonus so that we don't lose our house. Is there any new information.

I receive my bonus on 4/1/2019, been a long time waiting considering I graduating ait on November 14th in 2018.

In my ERB : soldiers data it says I’m to receive my bonus payment on 20190608 but I don’t have an LES for it and it’s not pending in my bank Acct ..... will I actually get it ? Or is this just something they had to put there and it will change to a different date after 08 June passes?
