Will I still PCS with the government shutdown pending?

I am currently on PCS orders reporting 10 February 2019. My question is if the government shutdown occurs, what will happen? I am not able to start clearing until 28 December and if there are no DOD civilians working, and I cannot clear post, then does this delay my leave which was set to start 12 January?

You’re fine. The Department of Defense is fully funded through 30 September 2019 - that appropriation was signed into law on 28 September 2018.

There will still be people working. We've gone through several shutdowns in the last few years and at no time has everyone just stopped working.
