It's too bad that a movie would use this footage of a true tragedy.  What is truly shocking about this indecent was the lack of accountability by the Wing Commander and his staff in reviewing complaints about the incident pilot Lt Col Holland. If the Wing had done its job this crash would have never happened and Holland would have been grounded,
