Just wondering if the military has chiropractors jobs I could probably try goin for if some other job doesn't work out in ait.

No, and if they did it would be an officer MOS because of the degree requirements for certification.

Currently, the US Military/US Government do not recognize Chiropractors as an Area of Concentration. There are folks trying to get this changed, but so far it's not happening. Your closest field will be Physical Therapy

No, there is physical therapy. But from what I know there is not one
