According to this Act, as far as I know, an inmigrant that qualify, can enter in the military. If Im wrong or if someone have more info, please guide me to it. All i have found, wad that they enter with a minimum of 2 yrs and then get their citizenship. But just if they enter to the military. I think i saw or read, that is call the background citizenship. Any help, will be appretiate.

I found this link, SFC (Join to see), which does say that folks covered by the Dream Act can gain permanent resident status by serving two years in the U.S. armed forces:
Requirements to lift the condition and obtain regular lawful permanent resident status:
At the end of the conditional period, unrestricted lawful permanent resident status would be granted if, during the conditional period, the immigrant had maintained good moral character, avoided lengthy trips abroad, and met at least one of the following criteria:
- Graduated from a two-year college or certain vocational colleges, or studied for at least two years toward a B.A. or higher degree, or
- Served in the U.S. armed forces for at least two years.
