Just got my results back and scored 64 with a GT of 113! I know it’s passing but far from great in my opinion, would it be beneficial to retake test later to get % up or will that affect my career at all? I’m enlisting as 11b and want to make my SF dream a reality after some time in and a deployment under my belt. Wasn’t sure if a higher score would help my chances of OCS in the future m if I go that route or if I’m good to go and shouldn’t stress over it anymore!? Thanks in advance and appreciate all the insight from last question, it definitely helped me to make decision to slow down instead of jumping in a rep63 contract and possibly ending up injured!

GT is only used for some jobs, there are several other scores that matter depending on your job. For 11B, SF and any officer opportunities a GT of 110 will work just fine. There are no extra points for exceeding the prerequisites.

(Join to see) once you join the Infantry there will be plenty of opportunity for that. I wouldn't delay joining because of your PT. In the Infantry you'll get plenty of PT, it's like your secondary job as an infantryman

SFC (Join to see) I’m not waiting don’t have any time to wait at my age,I’m heading to Meps Monday, I may have some time before shipping to BCT to get in better shape tho bc I’m trying to volunteer for the new 22 week infantry training that’s starting this year if everything goes as planned!

As you only need a 110 for the majority of military positions you should be fine with what you have.
Just keep in mind, if you choose to retake it and get a lower score, this becomes your score. You're not able to pick between the two.

Good to hear In not a fan of minimums really, that’s only reason I asked since it is only 113 and min is 110! Thank you!
