Is 18X currently receiving an enlistment bonus?

Ask your recruiter, that is what they're there for

I’m currently an 18X and have a bonus in my contract. However, when you get into the program you’ll be told about other opportunities (financial and otherwise) that come up during your time in Group, all of which make the initial sign-on bonus seem like a joke.

You can also talk with an Army Reserve Career Counsellor (ARCC). They'll have the most up to date bonus list.
Ours told my unit that bonuses should be coming in March but that was for CA.
