Can a soldier on a no APFT profile be chaptered for taking the APFT to see where they stand, but fails?

What is the reasoning of Command to administer an APFT when one is currently on an ACTIVE profile that clearly states NO APFT?

Why are you taking an APFT if you are on a profile that prohibits your participation in those activities? Unless it provides for alternative events, members should NOT be conducting those activities. By violating the profile, a member can subject themselves to charges of disobedience and subject themselves to standard policy regarding APFT failures.

Not normally, but by taking the AFPT, he/she violated their profile and can be charged for disobedience.
